Ken (Chip) Tetrault passed after a long and courageous battle.  He recently had surgery for a brain tumor, and during the surgery, he had at least one stroke which affected his vision and mobility, as well as being able to eat.  Chip was undergoing chemotherapy and radition and was seeing improvement, while also going through physical, occupational, and speech therapy.  If you would like to assist the family with the medical expensense they have gone through, you may visit the GoFundMe page, or
