After school, I went to UM for about a year and a half. Basically ended up dropping out to party, ski and work. I stayed in Missoula until 1994 spending most of my time with Bill Franklin on my days off.
Then I got my relationship with God in order and went to Shelby, NC to Ambassador Baptist Bible College. It was there that I met my wife, Jeniece. I graduated in 1999 and we moved to Morgantown, WV to do outreach & Bible studies at West Virginia University with a ministry called Campus Light Ministries.
We had two kids prior to moving to WV, and four more while there. After nine years in WV, God opened the door for us to head west to the Denver metro area. We arrived in Lakewood in June of 2008 had many years of fruitful ministry at Red Rocks Baptist Church. Our seventh (and last) child was born shortly after our move.
In 2017 I graduated from Denver Seminary with a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am an LPC with a private practice.
